เปิดรับทั้งเด็กจบใหม่ไฟแรง และผู้มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี

Key Responsibilities

• วิเคราะห์การทำงานของลูกค้า และออกแบบกระบวนการใหม่บนระบบ Odoo แบบครบวงจร (End-to-End)
• วิเคราะห์ Gap ระบบงานเดิมและความต้องการระบบงานใหม่ พร้อมกำหนดโซลูชั่นและกระบวนการ
• ดูแลการตั้งค่าระบบ (Configuration) และจัดทำเอกสารโครงการ เช่น BRD, Functional Specification และ Process Flow
• บริหาร Requirement และ Change Request ยืนยันขอบเขตงาน และสนับสนุนการทดสอบระบบ (UAT)
• จัดฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน และเป็นที่ปรึกษาในช่วง Go-Live

Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรีสาขา IT, บัญชี, บริหาร, โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน BA หรือ ERP อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (หากเคยผ่านโปรเจกต์ ERP Implementation มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• เข้าใจพื้นฐานธุรกิจ (ซื้อ-ขาย, คลังสินค้า, บัญชี หรือการผลิต)
• เคยทำ UAT หรือ Training ผู้ใช้งานมาก่อน  (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ odoo มาก่อน หรือมีพื้นฐานสาย Manufacturing/Retail (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและคิดเชิงระบบ
• มีทักษะสื่อสาร จับประเด็นไว และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• บริหารเวลาและลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้

🔧 Role Overview

As our Odoo ERP Team Lead, you’ll guide a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality ERP solutions across industries. You’ll oversee implementation strategy, mentor developers and analysts, and ensure every project aligns with client goals and technical excellence.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Odoo implementation team (BA + Dev)
•  Oversee end-to-end ERP projects: scoping, design, development, deployment
• Translate business requirements into scalable Odoo solutions
• Review technical specs, code quality, and module configurations
• Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows, documentation, and delivery
• Support localization, bilingual terminology, and user training

🎓 Qualifications

• 5+ years in Odoo ERP implementation, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong grasp of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, MRP)
• Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior staff
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management

• Familiarity with Thai localization and annex structuring
• Experience in ERP for manufacturing, retail, or multi-branch businesses
