🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Odoo implementation team (BA + Dev)
• Oversee end-to-end ERP projects: scoping, design, development, deployment

🎓 Qualifications

• 5+ years in Odoo ERP implementation, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong grasp of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, MRP)
• Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior staff
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management

🌟 About the Role

As an Odoo Business Analyst at finedaytech, you’ll lead ERP implementation projects, bridging client needs with smart, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with our consulting team to analyze, configure, and deliver Odoo systems that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo modules
• Design and document functional specifications (BRD, Fit/Gap, SRS)
• Configure Odoo and coordinate with developers for customizations
• Conduct bilingual (EN/TH) training and user onboarding
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications
• Support post-implementation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP/Odoo implementation (fresh grads welcome)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written)
• Understanding of business domains: accounting, retail, manufacturing, HR
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
